Your code is visible on the nGauge 4×4 App so only follow the below steps if you don’t have access to this anymore.
Should you ever loose your provided QR code and didn’t save the code or took a backup photo of it, we have the capability to generate a new code for you. Please follow the below steps to get a replacement code.
1. Ensure Bluetooth and GPS location services is turned on.
2. Open the nGauge 4×4 App
3. On the top right go to “Settings”.
4. Go to “Diagnostics”
5. Press the magnifying glass icon to scan for sensors. Do this while in a isolated location to prevent detecting someone else’s sensors.
6. As your sensors are picked up, they will appear. Please note with TPMS sensors you will need to screw the external sensors on and off. With internal TPMS sensors you should run the diagnostics while driving or while inflating/deflating to activate the sensors.
7. Take note of the item which does not have a check mark next to it. If you have confirmed that the device which is unchecked is yours, note down the 12 letter/digit code off the sensor.
8. When placing the order, in the customer note section, enter the code in the “Customer Note” section.
9. A new QR code will be emailed to you.
10. The process is different for items that can be controlled, for example the Smart Control unit. Please contact us directly should you have one of these device.
